Science has not yet succeeded in providing, in the pasteurized variety, those essential qualities that are the only real foundation for a healthy child. I'm not even taking calcium supplements or exercising right now, but just eliminating milk seems to have made a major improvement.

Humans were not meant to drink milk from another animal. we are made to eat meat veggies, and fruit and drink water and possibly fruit and veggie juice.I tryed the raw milk from a healthy grass-fed cow and had diarrhea for the rest of the day. some people just arent made for drinking milk.

She had made her peace (inner peace) with herself and was able to face death. None of us know the minute, yet we go about with miserable, angry attitudes. This is the real cause of illness. A happy mind is the cause of wellness, even in the face of death and terminal disease. Someone should read Louise Hay, Bruce Lipton, John Sarno and others. In this way we can make the connection between our body and mind. There is no body other than that created by mind! It's deep, but true. If we took the time to truly analyse this, we would know. A sick body, focussing on itself, increases the sickness. A native American saying I once heard, went.... what we give attention to ...grows. So what are you giving attention to. Picasaso helped his students to paint beautiful pictures by paying attention only to that which was beautiful, and ignoring the other stuff. What a wise man! Love and good wishes to all you happy healthy people.

you can buy it sugar free these days - from the health food store. if you are really good you can make it yourself. i am not that good however. lol

Ohio, where my sister lives, is one. Ridiculous, huh? Fortunately, I am in Pennsylvania and we are still able to purchase raw milk and raw milk products direct from the farmer (mostly the Amish of Lancaster County). Anyone in the southeastern PA area can reply to me for information on how to get in touch with these farmers.

My 3 year old literally consumes about 3 gallons of milk over about 10 days. It is terrible but there arent many alternatives. He has always drank organic milk and I thought I was doing well by purchasing this insanely expensive milk. Now I know. I am currently searching for raw milk in my area. Thank you again for the work you do. Keep fighting the good fight!!

So, my only alternative is to buy Organic Milk and use kefir grains to turn it into something good. What else can I do?
