I started with taking 180mg in one dose, for about 6 months, as prescribed by my doctor. It worked like a charm in chelating out excess copper and mercury, aluminum, and lead. I'm still on it at a dose of 90-120mg. I'll be getting checked out again soon, but so far everything seems great. Energy, etc. -

Australia's soils are very deficient, so the food grown in them is also lacking. I discovered through hair analysis and a simple test that I was severely lacking in zinc. Consequently I was not making enough hydrochloric acid to digest my food, which eventually led to a bad case of candida.

A combination of zinc and h. acid (for a while) put me back on track, and I now take zinc regularly.
