Recently I've been taking a magnesium supplement and my acne has gone away. Can taking magnesium help with acne?

I would most definitely still have adult acne now if it weren't for the fact that I'm on 2 prescription drugs for it. I would LOVE to stop taking these drugs, but every time I've quit a drug in the past, the acne comes back. Finally this no-grain, no-sugar diet gives me hope....only problem is I'm barely 111 lbs naturally and have extremely high metabolism...I eat so much and honestly don't know where the food goes. Without eating bread or pasta or starches...I will surely waste away, *sigh*..

As a teenager, i used to pray for god to take my acne away. oh my...no wonder i never liked eating that cheap white bread as sacrament in church...i will stop eating anything i swear to get my skin under control. im a mom now and near 30 years old ...somehow i always thought i would "grow out of it."

sigh* i will keep on juicing and keep on dancing barefoot in the grass and keep researching the subject...
