Now i feel cold don't move much and feel like im already dead, and its sucks/ has to change. I personally think my adrenal glands are exhausted from my lifestyle change. Moved from a warmer climate to a cold climate. and with that change came the change of me eating more raw fat and protein..Hasnt helped..it has however raised my adrenaline enough to want to really kick ass..IN other words i think this diet has increased my flight to fight response and totally killed my way of life : ( If i were to change back to Carb and protein type, what carbs can i eat besides pineapples apples maybe some cauliflower(makes me feel great)..Please help honestly i can wait to live normally again!

i get along so much better on that kind of diet than if i just ate high carbo and vegetables. i get so sleepy after eating high carbos than vegetables and protien. when i go out i do not usually go to a

italian restaurant diet. although i do love to eat Eastern india food which is very flavorful and satisfying. my wife nancy goes for italian ever time, she loves her toast and bagels and i get along on scrambled eggs and sausage. so we are often at odds over the meals we prepare. she loves potatoes and carrots along with onions in our beef stew and i go for brussel sprouts and brocholi and beans. help?

Using extreme examples of people eating extreme diets in areas where that might be the case is an over simplification. I think a balanced natural diet, listening to your body, and eating what your body is calling for at the time, is far more important. I think that although there might be some merit to this idea it is being given too much credit for being the solution - just another fade diet. Please respond to this, I would like to know what you think.
