Also they recommend taking it sublingually. I have always been tired after beginning Thyroid. &amp;nbsp;I am currently trying to build up my ferritin level and energy by eating calve's liver. &amp;nbsp;I am also slow moving and have joint pain. &amp;nbsp;Do you have any suggestions? Thanks&lt;/p&gt;

All of your articles are interesting and informative, but so few doctors even know about hemochromatosis - or care to bother with it - that that makes this article even the more valuable. It's interesting that the French and the Canadians have the best hemochromatosis sites on the Internet. It still doesn't quite exist in this country.&lt;/p&gt;
