Exercising makes me even more tired. I am feeling muscle weakness and extreme fatigue and my Dr want me to have a Cortrosyn Stimulation Test done to see if my adrenals are functioning.

What does Dr.mercola say about what to do ?

For me, age 20 then desided to change this horrible way of living. I have made very positive changes: Ideas, info, prayers, from people like Mercola and you. DON'T let doctors-(drug) tell you what to do. YOU! take control of your life. It's short, when we get a second change on life(I DID!) we relize how inportant life is NOW!

I try to do everything in this article but still my cholesterol bounces up and down. Now, I read Mary Enig's book and truly believe that I really don't need to be as worried about it as they say. But how do I cope with my doctor who is going to yell at me this week and again try to get me taking a drug?
