Lord bless you. I enjoy your articles and newsletter alot and only recently started receiving them when someone recommended your sight to me. I have a question on your article about fructose. I wanted to ask if fructose is also included in the 100 % Fruit juices that you buy in the stores and also given by the government to the elderly with low incomes. I would appreciate your counsel on this. You may have already said it but I wanted to make sure I understand this. Thanks.

With warm regards
