If the product mentioned in the article is an enzyme, it is available through enzymedica under the name GlutenEase. It is a dietary supplement that contains glucoamylase and is targeted for those with gluten and casein intolerance. Wheat and dairy can be so abused since childhood as it seems like it's part of many meals, including one that would cause me major problems until i began noticing the offender in my 20's. This was before i found out where my pain was coming from, having the typical cereal for breakfast (Wheaties) with store bought milk.

However, it would seem more obvious not to eat the eat the offending food rather than take a pill in order to digest it.
