Inner peace and the ability to not over react when things dont go our way is emotional freedom, this is a gift from God that not everyone wants to believe in or achieve. Perhaps EFT is another approach that allows those looking for comfort to use without actually seeking the term "God" with the same results. I cant say I have never used EFT, because I have it 24/7/365. My belief is that negative experiences are for the good growth. As God did with Job and Jacobs brothers sold him into slavery & he saved a village from starvation. EFT is for the good of growth.

I am, of course, investigating it. Notable is that there is no way of emailing questions to anyone about EFT. I am having particular trouble with the idea the negative emotions are undesirable and should be eliminated I believe that emotions are not bad. We all need to learn how to experience all emotions as part of the human experience.

I cannot find out if I am at odds with the EFT people or not. I can't reach them. I will continue to explore it, but I resent that Dr Mercola relentlessy promotes it as the only solution to emotional problems. .
