Doing some math, given that I need 1800 kcal a day (inactive person), means that I have to eat 540kcal Proteins/ 360kcal Fat/ 900kcal Carbohydrate. More math ( and a booklet about kca and nutrition values) learned me that 1g protein = 4kcal , 1g fat = 9kcal ,1g carboh. = 4kcal So I have to eat 135g Protein/ 40g Fat/ 225g Carbohydrate. On your website I found that I (non-exercising typical woman) need 60g protein a day. But when 60g Protein (=240kcal) = 30% of my daily kcal intake, than I need 18g Fat (=160kcal =20%) and 100g Carbohydrate (=400 kcal =50%). So then I would be eating only 800kcal a day. Where am I going wrong? &lt;/p&gt;
