levated triglycerides in the blood have been positively linked to proneness to heart disease, but these triglycerides do not come directly from dietary fats; they are made in the liver from any excess sugars that have not been used for energy. The source of these excess sugars is any food containing carbohydrates, particularly refined sugar and white flour.

You need to add an E at the start. It is like adding saturated fat to your diet. Or is it? The corrected paragraph is:

Elevated triglycerides in the blood have been positively linked to proneness to heart disease, but these triglycerides do not come directly from dietary fats; they are made in the liver from any excess sugars that have not been used for energy. The source of these excess sugars is any food containing carbohydrates, particularly refined sugar and white flour.

I you eat good grass fed beef without all those hormones and antibiotics, then you probably won't have a cancer issue. Lets face it, Native Americas ate Buffalo whenever they could get it, and weren't dropping like flies from cancer. The American Indians health decline started when they started eating the white mans diet.
