Particularly for slow metabolizers, a very good method to detoxify the body is the far-infrared sauna. Its dry, warming energy is highly compatible with the human body

re: Detox in the Sauna

Does anyone know about the quartz infrared home/ space heating units? I have read their claims about the health benefits, but am skeptical.

Unlike the traditional sauna because of the special FIR 'lamps" the heat penetrates into the skin; and yet while this is happening, the air you breathe won't take your breath away. For a month I tried out a friend's FIR & found it comfortably warm & the physical, mental benefits outstanding. There seems to be only one reputable FIR company on the web, using patented elements from Japan. There's a person on the web who purchased 2 indoor, wooden saunas from inferior companies (who have impressive websites however) and found both of the saunas to be inferior. So be careful. We're saving our money to get the authentic kind-- only have about 6 months more to go. If you want to find this company use the word "elixir" in your google search. (I'm not associated with them & know no one who is). Good health and peace to all.

L.Ron Hubbard made a detox program for over 30 yers ago. This program have helped many people. F.eks. some of the firefighters from 9/11. How come that this great succes stories does not come in television. Maybe the psyks and the medicinal industrie don't want people to get better, because then they don't have any custumers to their medicin.

This statement is not true, at least not in my IR sauna. It is a 2 seater with ceramic elements and the air gets heated too.

"Preheating is unnecessary which saves electricity."

This also isn't true. Maybe with bulbs, but I read somewhere that they can be harmful if you're not careful with them.

Without feet the color changes a little according to what is in the water. Using different kinds of water will bring different results also. But with feet the colors are much more! When I use it on others the colors are different for each person and different shades, which tells me something more is going on. I tried using it about ten times in a row on myself and what I experienced is that now I have no more joint problems (this alone made me feel ten yrs. younger!) my lungs cleared out (now I can breathe better, and sing better!) and I just basically feel more energetic and younger. The more I do the foot baths the better I feel. Just because there is a reaction to what is in the water, does not mean that it is not affecting the person having the foot bath. I don't know why people think that just because there is a reaction with the water too, that the whole thing is a scam. I love my machine! It has worked faster than anything else I've tried in clearing out my stiff joints. Feeling is believing!

I am sooooo tired of being duped as I am usually a very trusting person. (albeit too trusting) and that's why I've appreciated these articles so much.
