Assembly Bill 10942 will require New York children to get every shot approved by the Federal government and would automatically require ever new shot recommended in the future by the vaccine-industry dominated Advisory Committee on Imunization Practices.

Instead we want to see enacted Assenbly Bill 5468/Senate Bill 3031 that would finally give New Yorkers a right to a philosophical exemption for vaccine mandates.

We also support Assembly Bill 3064 and Senate Bill 1563 which would take away school districts authority to revie religious exemptions form vaccine mandates.

The Day will start with a press conference, then rally goers will visit Assemblymembers and Senators to air their concerns about Bill 10942. Then we pan to attend a Health Committee meeting en masse in Room 823 of the Legislative Office Building at 1 pm so members of this key committee will hear their voice.
