Because vegans shun all animal products, such as meat, fish, and eggs, they may get too little of some nutrients found in meat and dairy products, such as calcium and vitamin B-12. I have been Vegan for 9 years now and I am completely healthy. My daughter was born completely healthy 5 years ago and is vegan as well. She is one of the healthiest children at her school. I have only been sick once in the last 9 years.

I agree that the vegan and vegetarian diets can be unhealthy but only if not done correctly.

I went Vegan 3 years ago and since then all I've noticed is an improvement in my health. My hair's quality has increased at least 10x, my skin is extremely clear, I went from being Overweight to being thin, and I almost never ever get sick. I've been too the doctors a few times, unfortunately I was forced too, and was told my health was excellent. I think what your problem is that you can't except Veganism; every dietary lifestyle has a risk of being unhealthy. Just like Vegetarianism, a meat-eater's diet can be extremely unhealthy. A Vegan lifestyle can be healthy, even more healthy (if done properly) than a meat eaters in that case.
