I did not realize there were any risks with omega-3. All I've ever heard about were the benefits.

What is considered to be "too much"?

I have been taking fish oil for quite some time now, but more importantly, I have been giving my 17 month old son fish oil since he was 4 months old, and I want to be sure we are not getting too much omega-3.

Anyone's input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Cook

I want to know about MUTTON--older sheep--which is available in my closest supermarkets, as it usually is in Hispanic areas. It is often cheaper than beef. It is TOUGH and requires 3-4 hours of boiling to tenderize it, and then it tastes like lamb.

This is usually older ewes that have done with their lambing years and are now culled.

I want to know: are these grass-fed or are they fattened for a few months in feedlots prior to slaughter? Is there a way to tell? (color of fat, maybe?)
