I have tried EFT and it is effective here is my concern. I know many people have jumped on the Yoga band wagon. I did Yoga for a while it is very relaxing, excellent workout and is great to de stress. I started doing it when surfing because of flexibility issue. However upon doing a great deal of research on Yoga I discovered that Yoga is a form of Religion and it's intention was enlightenment through meditation. To become one with Shiva (a Hindu God). I'm not Hindu, nor do I want to honor this God. Shiva by the way is otherwise known as The Destroyer. Anyone jump in and correct me if I am wrong. I'm totally open to other points of view.

Now I have had a number of paranormal experiences and a near death experience that pretty much changed my life. I read that one of the purposes of Yoga is to loosen the soul from the actual body (very dangerous thing to do because you open yourself up to influence). When I tried EFT I felt the same electrical charge kind of tingling experience. After experiencing a great deal of paranormal activity, throughout most of my life I began to feel this electrical charge early in the am some time. After reading a number of books I came to the conclusion that this is what is called beta energy. It is felt often when people are either entering or returning from Out of body experiences. Also it said if something is trying to penetrate the soul. Now if you are an Atheist, kindly ignore all of this. I am not and these are strange times. I was sold on ET until I started reading about financial gain and things outside of your own physical well being. Food for thought. I'm not saying this is gospel, just something to think about.
