Many women come to her with thyroid problems caused by eating a soy based diet. Others come to her because they have eliminated fats from their diet. Still others have come to her with problems caused by vegetarian diets. The saturated fat myth is another health problem that people can&#39;t seem to get past, substituting unhealthy vegetable oils for healthy animal fats. Cooking and overheating olive oil causing toxic fumes and believing that lard is unhealthy. There is even a restaurant in my city that advertizes, &quot;no lard&quot;.
