&lt;p&gt;If vitamins cant help people get healtier then that is a good thing. Most people are not using vitamins instead of eating good, their alternative is to take no vitamins and still eat bad. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Therefore we need more information on how to find vitamins and supplements that work. We dont need to know that food is better, anyone can see that.&lt;/p&gt;
