I immediately stopped eating these foods and my life changed. I was almost bed ridden due to severe headaches and body pain. I just thought I was dying. When I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. So, besides avoiding all the foo that I was addicted to, I started taking short walks and receiving Chinese Cupping therapy. I still receive the therapy once a week, and if I don&#39;t, I feel teh muscles tightening and the pain getting worse. I am not 100% free from pain, but it&#39;s so much more manageable. The only thing is that I get tired easily, and need frequent rest and breaks. I have to listen to my body and respect what it is asking of me. I hope that people find this helpful.</p>
