But I do not believe that &amp;quot;being too clean&amp;quot; is the main cause of the increase in asthma and allergies. The increase in food allergies can be directly related to vaccinations. Vaccines contain trace amounts of food protein and an aluminum adjuvant that greatly increases the body&amp;#39;s immune response. And many medications have wheezing and bronchial spasm as side effects. It is not the lack of cleanliness that is preventing allergies and asthma but the overuse of medicine and vaccines.&lt;/p&gt;
