High levels of both substances are known risk factors for heart disease . I drink 3-4 cups a day! I follow up with water to maintain hydration. I workout 4-5 times a week intense workouts. Recently had blood test done. It'll be interesting to see what the effect is and perhaps cutting down to organic and 1 cup a day. I drink my coffee black so i guess i have a little bit going for me. Good info. Anybody know effects of table pepper?

I only drink "one" cup a day to get me started. If I didn't use sugar and milk I could wean off instantly because it tastes so bad without it !

Thanks for all the information you provide on your site. However, I wish I could just take one mixture of vitamins in one pill because it gets so involved and complicated to know what to take. There is so much to know that I get brain block ! :)
