i heard a rumor that monsanto serves organic food in its corporate dining rooms. just a rumor .\i hope.

Boil a half inch of water in a wide shallow frying pan and put the nuts (almonds) in there. the skins will bubble after a short time so take them out. Just squeeze and the nut pops off. Put in the blender with a tiny bit of water (maybe half cup?) and let it go for a minute or two. It comes out great.

I also add dates, 1-2 bananas (sometimes frozen), some juice and occasionally a bit of coconut milk (the thai stuff is great, don't get the sugary coco lopez). date shake heaven! more stuff like that in the book "Fit for Life."

It it is pastuerized or homogenized,(even if it is organic) it is not good for you. I loved soy milk but there are some problems with that as well.

The safest milk to but are the other milks such as ricemilk, nut milk, oat milk, etc
