Recently, it has come to notice of mycoplasmologists &nbsp;that these organisms are also transmitted from various animals to human and may produce various infections with varied manifestations and outcome. There are at least &nbsp;10 mycoplasmas known to be of zoonotic significance. Mostl transmitted from animals to human but few from human to animals.
