How ? Well after 10 years to tolerating bloating, brain fog, weight gain, stomach pain, flatulence and sundry other annoying symptoms I decided to suddenly cut out bread (all wheat), and dairy (milk, butter etc) - my poor body reacted immediately - I lost weight, the brain fog, and gained a waist, energy and good temper - it was amazing. I know its very soon to say that it was definitely the ingredients I cut out of my diet, but what else could it be ?

I recommend everyone go to www.foodintolerance.com and see what they have to offer...

Good Luck
