&lt;p&gt;It seems to be giving the okay to dirty companies and organizations (FDA included) to do whatever they want and leave the messy repercussions for someone else to solve.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Given that they (govt) took away our basic right to clean, uncontaminated water, I should hardly be surprised.&lt;/p&gt;
