I slice them however I want, slather some melted coconut oil on them (and no, it doesn't make the potatoes taste like coconut), salt and pepper, and bake 'em at 350 for however long I want.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;No real nutrients except the oil, but SO much tastier than McDonalds!&lt;/p&gt;
