Northport-East Northport Union Free Sch. Dist., 672 F. Supp. 81, 89-90 (E.D. N.Y. 1987), was actually heard in a federal district court (not the US Supreme Court), &amp;nbsp;United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, and other district courts (in NY or any other state) are not bound by it. &amp;nbsp;Please correct this information as many non-vaxers have been referring to it for support in submitting religious exemptions.&lt;/p&gt;
