The doctor wanted me to take drugs, I said no but I started taking niacin about 1/8 of a teaspoon. If I take more I really flush, 1/8 tsp I become a little flush . Question this amount help me with the triglycerides . &amp;nbsp; I also take fenugreek which make into a tea, fenugreek also lowers high triglycerides.&lt;/p&gt;
