For me...."Touch Wood"....exercise, Mediterranean Diet, Cod liver Oil, Red wine; grapes grown above 500 metres above sea level, Butter on moderation, abosolutely no Margarine and reduced Stress; the reall killer.......things are looking good at this time.

Add to that the daily intake of 1no. 1000mg of Cod Liver Oil capsule instead of Aspirin I can say from personal experience over a two year period that I am.....touch wood....feeling extremely well considering that in my opinion; Aspirin disable me to the extent where I could not walk on one particular day two years ago; 300 yards without having to stop in extreme chest pain unable to walk further until a rest of five minutes.......this particular day I had to walk 900 yards with three stops in this condition in agony and despair. I decided; not my doctor to come off Aspirin and after research immediately put myself on Cod Liver Oil. There must be a lesson somewhere in this.

I read one article of how the heart has the capability of regeneration of arterial vessels to bypass distressed blocked vessels.........so this article now confirms what I read.
