I didn't see mention of red tea (roobois) or white tea and would like to know if it is true for them too.

Also, is there a way to rid the body of excess flouride once in place?

Better yet, Dr. Mercola, when you find that there are links to articles, to better serve your customers, download the information on those links and then make them available from your website. Many times videos, articles, picture links are gone even on the FIRST day the articles post, which says someone isn't doing their homework before posting unusable data. It takes away from the believability of the information presented when this happens.

Now I'm concerned about coffee. Thanks so much for sharing this article, I have stopped drinking tea now for 1 wk and have had chills & swets all week. But feeling more level headed than usual, so thats a start. I gave in to a large glass of black tea with Sunday dinner and now I'm paying the price! Sick stomach....
