The spice that is used for food is a different spice from the one that lowers insulin. So, I went to the supplement store and purchased the tablets. We have been on them since and yes, it does lower my blood sugar levels just enough as to not have really high ones. ( being boarderline). I hope Dr. Mercola changes this story in the near future. I do have a question for him personally, if he has had a Nutrution course or is learned in the anatomy and physyology of the human body like nurses have to know....

Hopes this helps anyone out there. DDRmom.... DDR is not doctor, it is D D R as in dance , dance, revolution. We have a hard pad for my teenage son who I do it with. We are never too old to do anything new! ( I'm 53 AND in college)Maybe he could address things like that! ( not the ddr, but not being too "old" to do things. WE need to change our ideas and stero-typing of people. My father and I roller bladded together when he was 74 and I was 47 !)
