Even being on 50,000 mg of Vit. D did not help as my body is not absorbing it. I recently bought the Vit D spray from Dr. Mercola and have ordered the hanging sun bulbs in hopes the two combined will provide the 'sunshine' I need. I've had abnormal mammograms and must now see a surgeon to determine if there is breast cancer. My whole life I was healthy and used to be a runner. Now I am not even sure who I should believe or what I should believe. I'd like imput from fellow readers - I've read and done many of Dr. Mercola's treatments over the years and find they work or at least help. My husband does not believe this treatment will work. Feel free to contact me at mkendall11@tampabay.rr.com.

Thanks for the info here.
