What of these high insurance costs? they would go away if more people would take care of themselves! I don't see anyone of real power like a president or something addressing these issues on a national level. Only small holistic practitioners getting the word out among their patients. Its just not enough. Can anyone do anything? I have plenty of ideas I just need to get high into politics which is where i least want to be&lt;/p&gt;

As they mentioned in the article &amp;nbsp;breathing right is a natural function, but for many the concept is lost! I learned early on from a bodybuilding course I sent for, the importance of breathing deep while exercising. That led me to self-learn many other forms of breathing therapy! So I say thanks to Joe Weider as a early-on innovator of the breathing concept as well........ &amp;nbsp;W.B.&lt;/p&gt;

(also Im up to just one bromelain which has also lessened my hard stools problem--berry lee , age 66!!&lt;/p&gt;
