I really have to hand it to Dr. Mercola really gets his research! I really appreciate this. It just helpes me to remember what I am putting into my mouth or into my body! I was anit-sugar for awhile, but do eat fruit. How are we going to get our fiber if we do not ingest some fruit and &amp;nbsp;grains?. I am animent about high frutctose corn syrup, but isn't regular apple a day good??? Presently I am in a Nutrition course thru a community college. I don't agree with the &amp;nbsp;new Pyramid of eating, but I did get my saturated fats down. I think the sugar artical is excellant, but I would of liked to see more support for natural fruit, expecially for our children. Thank you. &lt;/p&gt;
