HOW would THAT be ????

What is this, the email version of some Health Mystery novel ?

This Article needs an immediate Update; otherwise, it's just stating a problem making folks scared without offering a Solution.

If a mechanic says your engine doohickey is out of whack and doesn't tell you how to get it fixed, what good is that?

So, please doctors, tell us how to convert our bodies into fat-burners; unless, the article was just meant to be an infomercial for a book purchase.

Thank you.

My waist is exactly the same size as my adjusted hips. If my waist was 2 inches bigger it looks like my protein needs would be cut in HALF. Can this be right?

I like the diet. If it continues to do what it claims i'll stick to it, but my energy is low, and i wonder if i'm getting enough protein, since i measured differently the first time and my protein level came in as only 52 grams... now looking it over again I'm thinking 98 is correct. thanks, Suse
