Turbo Tapping sounds like witch doctor hocus pokus to me.

I drink a 2 liter bottle of diet soda every day(3.5 gallons a week / 182 gallons a year).

I'm 67 and have never had kidney stones(or any other serious illness).

Based on those facts, I doubt very much that soda, diet or otherwise, causes kidney stones.

For those reasons, I doubt very much that soda, or diet soda, is the cause of kidney stones.

when I was younger i wuld drink almost 3 glasses of coke everyday, then my mom banned soda from the house. For the first couple of months i was extremely mad at her but she knew what she was doing. Now that im allitle older and understand nutrition i am extremely grateful, i dont crave soda in the slightest way.

Dr, I just wanted to let you know that reading this article cured me of drinking cokes. Maybe i'm more impressionable than most but it worked for me. If I take a sip of coke now all I taste is the chemicals. Still working on eliminating refined sugar but eliminating HFCS is a good start.

I have had ovarian cysts removed twice and the 2nd time had the ovaries REMOVED along with a big tumor, because every 2 years I was told that I needed surgery to remove the painful cysts. THEN they found a brain tumor (thankfully non cancerous) and it grew, so it too, was removed. I had my gallbladder removed and had gall stones so big they had to be crushed with forceps to get out!!

All my life I have been a huge DIET COKE drinker. Hmmmm I wonder how those cysts and tumors (and maybe gall stones?) got there...

I am off the sodas, but I wonder if I kept downing them, where the next tumor would pop up. You can only have so much stuff taken out, lol.

i've been totally soda free for just over 7 months, and i still crave it every day. it's my theory that soda is harder to give up then smoking, because of it's availability.

oddly enough i've actually gained weight even though i drink several bottles of water a day. on the good side, my skin is completely clear and my hair and nails have been growing stronger, healthier and faster then ever before in my life.

anyway, i'm taking it one day at a time. giving up soda has been one of the toughest struggles i've encountered. all help and encouragement is welcome :)
