D3 about 2 months ago could be what is causing my monthly periods to start earlier & earlier, since it's such a potent steroid hormone??? Was 5-6 days early last month.... 8 days early this month. NO OTHER CHANGES except starting to supplement with 5,000 I.U. of D3 daily.

Strange, no? Anyone else notice this?
