As for physical therapy, in most states is is ILLEGAL for you to adjust people. I cannot tell you how many patients walk through my door telling me they went to a physical therapist who hurt them and they can barely move and are in extreme pain because the PT adjusted them! PT is excellent once the spine is aligned. Do what you are supposed to do--restore ligaments and muscles and strenghten those areas--don't try to restore the spine as you have no clue what you are doing. If the spine is not aligned, then you only make things worse with PT- I send a lot of patient to PT once their spine is aligned and holding.

This is totally insane. They should be categorized under, "massage therapists", "reiki", etc, etc. Chiropractors are no more "doctors" than manicurists who if you think about it, deal with an actual important part of our bodies, and make us feel good. What in the world makes us think that cracking our backs or necks would "free" something stuck in our nervous systems? Chirporactors pretend to "cure" everything under the sun. They should look in the mirror and deep inside their hearts and be true to themselves and their fellow humans and stop this fraud invented by someone who had absolutely no medical training. Even if I suspend all logical thinking for a moment, how is this different than cracking your knuckles? I've been doing it all my life and while it feels ok for a second to do it, it doesn't "cure" anything and I would not allow anyone to call me "doctor" for doing it. Dr. Mercola, you are probably a decent fellow,
