It was after quitting smoking and seeing that movie that I turned my life around. It is to no suprise that eating at Mcdonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell etc on any regular basis is damaging to your health..and yet, people just keep on eating at these places. I am a waitress and I watch/serve the same people eat the same crap day after day after day, some of these people being over the age of 60.. and it just breaks my heart. I bring my own lunch to work so I am not tempted to order something from work. (I work at a breakfast joint...So imagine, eggs, cheese, bacon, sausages, potatoes etc)

Even though I don't agree with everything on mercola.com This is a fantastic site and I would recommend your articles to everyone.
