Dr. Mercola has made this task a bit easier along with others here on the internet that have invested in telling the truth and sharing information and knowledge for the benefit of all of us.

One strategy that I have found helpful when I come across issues which don't seem to be easy to understand is to just go for the natural, really natural way of doing things.

In the case of milk, if you can get real milk from real cows that eat the real food that they were intended to eat, your chances of reaping benefits from this traditional food are high. Not everyone in the world traditionally drank mild. So if you don't have access right now to good raw milk from grass fed cows, just do what you can and find the healthiest foods you can and eat those.

Anything that is processed, even health foods, runs the risk of having the healthy nutritional value of the food altered or damaged in ways that we may not be aware of today. So the more natural and unprocessed a food is the better. Here's to your health!
