&lt;p&gt;I have heard that raw eggs are better than cooked eggs. &amp;nbsp;Maybe that is because generally people do not add salt to raw eggs. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Has anyone ever done the little experiment where you add salt to raw egg yolks and the yolks lose their fluidity with stirring. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
