I know that has to be a very minimal risk, and it can't be common considering how many billions of people eat yogurt and other common fermented foods, but it still gives me slight concern. Mercola, or others: Do you know anything about this, or about why this is possible? I love probiotics and fermented foods (hence my name) and want some reassurance! ;) To clarify this, it is an infection from the probiotics and not from other bacteria.

I've found a ton of helpful information on this site: http://www.imithome.org/ | I've been doing my best to convince my husband that they are very beneficial, when taking the right ones. This article helped persuade him a little further. Thanks Dr. Mercola!
