&lt;p&gt;Since my periods returned after breast feeding I have found the painfull periods are no better so I&amp;#39;m currently using Black cohosh to try combat this so far so good.My doctor joked the best way to avoid the painfull periods is to stay pregnant.Who know&amp;#39;s maybe next year we will try again.&lt;/p&gt;
