Through much trial and error, and alot of reading I discovered things I could do for myself that did make a difference and, over time was able to get off all meds and thought this was as good as I could be. I was living relatively pain free,the inflammation was gone but still had the odd flare when I went through a very stressful period. Then I discovered meditation and I was shocked by the results. Not only was I dealing with stress much better, but suddenly I was suffering from no flares. People even noticed the change in me, not right away, but over the course of 6 months many people commented on how relaxed I was......It was amazing. I now consider meditation as important in my life as breathing and I find that it&amp;#39;s natural for me to do the breathing exercises anytime I feel stress, or when I&amp;#39;m in the sauna or during my 10 minutes using the D Light. All of the things I read about, that meditation were supposed to help with really did come true for me. My health is better, I deal with stress better, I even sleep better at night. I would recommend for everyone to try mediation, you might be as surprised as I have been.
