I have suffered with fibro for 23 years and was at the point of almost not being able to walk. After one year of eating healthier - by that I mean I eliminated all sugar, caffeine and processed foods from my diet - exercising daily and getting sufficient rest every night I can honestly say my fibro pain has subsided. It took approximately six months of extensive physical therapy and massage therapy to get the blood flowing through my body again, but it has worked for me!

Oh...I no longer have acid reflux. Once I started eating properly, there was/is no need for the Priolsec prescribed daily by my family physician. (AMEN!)

I visited a holistic nutritionist that guided me through this journey of healthier eating and I basically eat by a low-glycemic index plan now. She educated me on how harmful certain foods are. I do take supplements that are needed for those with chronic pain, but I can promise you that I am a new person today! Presently I am down 50 pounds and all my blood test have decreased so much that I am no longer threathned by my physicians about my blood pressure, weight, etc.

For those of you that suffer from fibro, another pain killer or a prescription drug is not the answer ! Please look in the opposite direction! Your quality of life can improve. Fibro doesn't go away, but I have many more good days now than bad days.

Blessings,

Kaye
