&lt;p&gt;I wasn't wearing any deodorant or dark clothing - I was bitten in the arm and instead of brushing the mosquito off I smashed it - into my arm. &amp;nbsp;Its hard to overcome the urge to slap and learn to brush off mosquitoes but its the safest thing to do if bit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I would love to find a treatment for these high fever relapses but no doctor has recommended anything that has helped.&lt;/p&gt;
