I went in the hospital with a broken hip, came out with a mess of other diagnoses... One is COPD (Chronic Bronchitis) and the other is Osteoporosis)) I am here now trying to find what I can do to make my body healthy again. Most of my coughing is done at night, just after I fall asleep.

I recently had viral pneumonia and strep throat. I have had bacterial pneumonia about 18 years ago and boiled up water and added Melaleuca oil and breathed the vapors. The pneumonia went a way. This time I did the same as well as drank the solution afterwards for the strep infection. I also took droppersful of Dr Schultze's Echinacea tincture and sprayed the house with his "Air Detox" which ingredients include extracts from eucalyptus, grapefruit, limes, lemon & orange. It all worked like a charm. I was right as rain within a week.

Young Living does have pure oregano oil. It can be applied diluted or neat (directly) topically, ingested in a capsule, or diffused (no heat please!). Thieves is made of Clove (Syzygium aromaticum), lemon (Citrus limon), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), Eucalyptus radiata and rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis CT 1,8 cineol).

I wish the article had information as to how the oils should be distributed. Otherwise very interesting. I know Young Living oils has a combination spray with a cinnamon base, Thieves. I am not sure what else is in it.
