I find that I have no odor until after I've had my morning 2 cups of coffee, which I know makes people perspire and probably revs up the adrenalin. I had been using the "natural" crystal deodorant, but this website suggests the alum (aluminum sulfate) in it is pretty much the same as aluminum (alum in water purification articles). I know rubbing alcohol works very well to stop odor, don't know if it's unhealthy to use every day under the arms. I may just go back to plain old deodorant NEVER ANTIPERSPIRANT.

Hope this helps. The other articles on deodorants / antiperspirants have people commenting that a healthier diet seems to help them smell better, that does make good sense as well.
