You talk about cows that were treated with hormones, or are most likely on grain filled diets. That mkes their milk not have the same antibacterial effects, and causes them to have a more compromised immune system, leading to blood in the milk. Should we refuse eating all nuts because they are actually nutrients specially designed to have a plant grow? NO! we can reap the benefits of cows milk if we also get food from other sources to allow a balanced diet. Did you know that women who milked cows in the olden' days had smoother skin BECAUSE the milk contained weakened smallpox pathogens. Which INCREASED the immune system of the women. Raw milk from grass fed cows is great because it gives us a good amount of harmful pathogens and a boost of good flora.

The bell rang, I gotta go.

They are now 15 & 10 . Neither of them drink cows milk now my youngest does on occation. But she drank rice milk up until she was in grade 3 . Today she has brought a notice home from school saying that the schools in our region is having a contest on what ever school drinks the most amount of milk in that 6 week period will win a $ 2000. to wards new sport equipment. We all KNOW who's promoting that!! That's alot of milk $$$$ . I was thinking of making a copy of your articile and dropping it off to the principlce's office. you know what good that would do. Don't get me wrong i'm all for the kids getting fit and active for their health and all the while they're doing it ..the activaties It' all being undone while they are drinking the milk . Not just some milk. But every DAY. NO THANK YOU not for my daughter. I just feel bat for her because she won't feel part of the team. She told me she understands but I know it still is hard for a 10 yr old. Also I heard that, the fact they do have the hormones & antibiotic and such in the milk ,thats why our young girls are reaching puberty so much younger over the years. Thank you for your time and articiles
