Over 27,000 food samples were tested, and most were found to be within the established U.S. legal limits for pesticides on those foods. I am trying to eat healthy after having had a terribly unhealthy diet, so I need to go the healthy route; however, I needed some sort of affirmation regarding pesticides.

I've been eating frozen vegetables, which retain more nutrients, but I wasn't sure about pesticde content. I thought i might be getting loaded on chemicals since I noticed signs in my organs (like dull pains) which I never felt before. I'm trying to discern whether it is my body organs cleaning themselves out, or a reaction to toxic matter. I don't know that I feel too comfortable with the reactions so far.

We'll see how this all turns out... ~Karen
